Yes, our units come fully furnished with essential furniture and appliances. This includes a bed, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen essentials, making your move-in process hassle-free.
Is internet included in the rent?
Absolutely! High-speed internet is included in your rent, ensuring you stay connected without any additional costs.
What is the lease term for these units?
Our lease terms are flexible, typically ranging from 6 months to a year. We can discuss options that best suit your needs.
Can I bring my pet?
We understand pets are family! Some of our units are pet-friendly.

Are children allowed?
These are smaller units and are not conducive to small children.
How much is Rent?
It ranges depending on the unit, as some are bigger. It ranges from $600 and up.
How much is the deposit?
The standard deposit is $300. And yes, we will work with you on your deposit in some cases.
